Fireflies

There's a scene in The Lookout, at the very start of the movie, where Joseph Gordon-Levitt's character is driving with his friends on a desolate road among farmlands, speeding in a convertible, with the roof down and the headlights off - a sea of fireflies flickering, hovering, just over them. That scene is one of my favorites (if only they had shot that scene for IMAX)! It of course leads to the event that sets the stage for the rest of the movie. But it's a scene that come to mind whenever I see fireflies around here. There's a clip of that scene on youtube.
